4. ANNULATION & RÉTRACTATION

  • Droit de rétractation : Pour les contrats conclus à distance, le client particulier dispose de 14 jours pour se rétracter (sauf si la prestation a débuté avec son accord avant ce délai).

  • Annulation : Toute annulation hors délai légal est soumise aux conditions définies dans nos CGV (remises avec le devis). Les arrhes versées restent acquises à l'entreprise.

  • Litiges : En cas de perte ou d'avarie, les indemnisations sont régies par le contrat de transport et nos assurances (RC Commissionnaire / Ad Valorem).
